COTTAGE ADVOKÁTKA Furniture and fitting
The chalet is a wooden construction with the typical spa character, nice planked ceiling and wooden lining. There are 4 rooms – 2 doble bedrooms and 2 four bedrooms, kitchen with full equipment – microwave oven, cooker, stailess pots, new dishes, 2 new refridgegerators with freezer, stailess cutlery etc. Now a new dishwasher for 12 place settings. The whole buiding was reconstructed. For example: new wooden floors, new paving in the kitchen, common room with the sofa, 2 new toiletries and two showers. Rooms are newly furnished, there are new mattresses on beds, blankets and bed linen. Every room has TV set with the digital satelite receiver with many czech and forign channels.
There is locable outbuilding for skis and bicycles. There is a new electric furnace and a boiler. Without boarding. Boarding is possible only in the near restaurant and a hotel. The beginning of the course is mainly on Saturday.
Services:
You can use the spa services and procedures. There is a pool with attractions for the public. Children´s skilift the chalet is 200 m long. Other skislopes and downhills are from 250 to 2500 m lomg www.skiresort.cz
There is possibility of observation flights, horse riding, paragliding and cycling. We can recommend you the trip to the ZOO in Dvůr Králové (we known Safari) – 35 km, Adršpach and Teplice sandstone rocks – 35 km, Pec pod Sněžkou – 12 km, Špindlerův Mlýn – 25 km etc. There are many restaurant with excelent quisine, excelent beer and wine. There are many dance bars as well.

Price includes:
water consumption, bed linen, furnishing and use of parking.
The charge includes:
waters requirements, bed linen, chalet equipment usaje and parking. The charge does not include electric energy 5 Kč/kW and the municipal charge 30,-Kč/person/day. The number beds is 12 in 4 rooms: 2 double beds and 2 four beds. Babybed + babychair 200,-Kč/week. Dog 800,-Kč/week.
Payment:
Send mail to with uadvokatu@seznam.cz term accommodation. To get the answer whether the cottage is free and advance booking sheet is 30% and bank details. After paying the deposit we will inform you of receipt and confirmation of the booking the cottage. Then we will actually your name to the following terms on the booking page. On the first day of arrival to pay cash to pay the price. Transfer is possible to pay the price to pay later than 7 days before departure accommodation on account specified in the Reservation sheet.
